Stock and Cancellations

Smarter Products is dedicated to bringing new products as they come to market. This soemtimes can lead to mis promised timescales and products can be delayed by design, manufacturingand testing issues. We always strive to meet your expectations... sometimes things don't quite go to plan, but we do attempt to keep you informed every step of the way...

The availability of stock on this website is an estimated figure, as at busy times, stock can be reduced quite significantly in a short period of time, and therefore must only be used as a guide. Some bespoke items can take 7 to 10 working days for assembly. If the order is urgent or you require special requirements please contact us via our Help and Support Centre to check that we can meet your request.

Occasionally, orders or part of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Item(s) not available
Difficulty in processing payment information
Cannot ship to address provided
A duplicate order was placed
Cancelled due to customer request

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us via our Help and Support Centre

Quantity Orders

Larger orders over and above our current stock levels (some with further discount) are nearly always possible. Please contact us with your requirement.
