Returns And Exchanges

We will offer a refund or exchange on any undamaged item, returned in their entirety, within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Applications for returning the item/s should be made through your account on our website. If you did not create an account at time of purchase and bought as a guest, you will need to do so now. This can be done from this link.

If you return an item that the Company agrees is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us by registered post (this does not affect your statutory rights). If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be liable for the postage you paid when returning the item to us. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the items.

Please package your item safely and securely to avoid damage in transit. Please note Smarter Products is unable to accept any item for refund or exchange if it has been damaged in transit.

Send your package to: Returns Dept, SmarterProducts, Garaway House, Chantry Road, Bristol BS8 2QF, UK. We recommend that you send it Recorded or Special delivery as Smarter Products will be unable to refund or exchange items that have been lost in transit. (Please inform us via the messaging system within your account that you have returned the item so tnat we can expect it. We cannot be liable for the loss of items that we aren't expecting)
