Prices And Payments

Prices
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include any VAT payable. Product prices exclude delivery charges. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose, plus any applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you finally submit your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. EU Businesses with a valid VAT number may at checkout submit this and have the VAT removed.

Payments
It is our aim to make your experience of buying online with Smarter Products as simple, stress-free and secure as possible. You can pay online for your order in full using your credit or debit card or Paypal* or you can give us your payment details via telephone, fax or post.

When the order is placed at our website, all credit card details are handled by our payment processing partner; SagePay. You will be transferred to their secure site and credit card numbers will be encrypted using 128 bit encryption.They are not held in clear text on any web site. Smarter Products is a brand name of Smarter UK and as such, Smarter UK will appear on all your receipts and statements
