We deliver to the UK, and some of Europe. Occassionally it is possible to organise deliveries outside these areas, so please do contact us at our Help and Support Centre if you have a specific requirement.
How We Deliver
Products are delivered either by post or by courier, depending on their size and value. Some postal services and all courier services will require a signature, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send you confiormation of despatch via email. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.
Delivery Charges
UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands):
Royal Mail (3 to 5 days); £2.95 for up to 5kg.
Courier (2 to 3 days;) start at just £6.95 for up to 10kg.
Next Working Day (1 day), ordered prior to 12.00 on one working day for delivery on the next working day;
start at just £9.95 for up to 10kg.
Scottish Highlands:
Royal Mail (3 to 5 days); £2.95 for up to 5kg.
Courier (2 to 3 days;) start at just £19.95 for up to 10kg.
Isle Of White, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands:
Royal Mail (3 to 5 days); £2.95 for up to 5kg.
Courier (2 to 3 days;) start at just £24.95 for up to 10kg.
Next Working Day (1 day), ordered prior to 12.00 on one working day for delivery on the next working day;
start at just £29.95 for up to 10kg.
Isle of Man, Scily Isles and Scottish Islands:
Royal Mail (3 to 5 days); £2.95 for up to 5kg.
Courier (2 to 3 days;) start at just £24.95 for up to 10kg.
Outside UK, within Europe:
Royal Mail (5 to 10 days); £14.95 for up to 2kg.
Courier (5 to 10 days;) start at just £29.95 for up to 10kg.
Outside UK, outside Europe:
Please enquire for prices and delivery times as they will be location specific and the transaction will require additional documentation.
Please note the following when you select one of the delivery options:
1. All prices include VAT;
2. Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays). If you order after 12.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day (including if you are offered our "next working day" express service). Deliveries may take 7-10 working days over the Christmas, Bank Holiday and Easter periods;
3. Delivery schedules are subject to weather and operating factors;
4. Orders will be processed as requested provided all items are in stock and all security checks have been passed.
How Is The Delivery Charge Calculated
Delivery Charges are calculated based on weight, delivery location and delivery schedule. When you add products to your Shopping Basket, you have the option of checking the current delivery charge by clicking on 'Calculate Shipping & Handling' and once you have filled in your delivery location, the various delivery options will be displayed. If you add additional items, please double check the charge by reclicking “Calculate Shipping and Handling”. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.
Delivery Schedule
We always aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that deliveries arrive within the timescales chosen, there will always be the chance that the unexpected can happen. On these rare occasions, we will do all we can to rectify the situation as much as is in our control, keeping customer satisfaction as our numbner one priority.
Unless otherwise stated, generally orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you with a date of dispatch or suggest an alternative.
Orders for bespoke items can take 7 to 10 working days for assembly.
The availability of a product shown on this website is an estimated delivery schedule, and therefore must only be used as a guide. When your order is acknowledged you will receive email notification of the expected delivery date(s) of the item(s) ordered.
If the order is urgent or you require special requirements please contact us at our Help and Support Centre to check that we can meet your request.
If we are sending your product by courier, you will get an email from the courier company when it is collected from us. This will contain a link to the courier's website, a parcel number, so that you can track your order right to your doorstep, and an estimated day and an hour time slot for delivery (which you can change to within a couple of days of the specified date if you should wish). Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 8.30am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for (unless otherwise agreed). If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call. It is then your responsiobility to liaise with the local courier depot to arrange safe delkivery of your parcel. You will be responsible for any further costs if the item is returned to us as undeliverable, or there is an excessive time lapse that incurs further charges from the courier company.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery schedules. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will always try and inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Please allow extra time for deliveries to outlying areas and at busy times of year.
Tracking Your Order
You can look and see if there are any notes attached to you order than affect the delivery, by logging in and then going to ‘My Account’.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check that they have been despatched by using our tracking facility (simply log in and then go to ‘My Account’). If your order is not en route to you, please contact us via our Help and Support Centre. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
