Ewgeco self calibrates to the size of your property, number of users, and number of appliances in use, therefore the green, amber and red bars display if the amount of energy being used at any given time is normal, moderate or high.
By showing you the actual cost, kilowatts, litres/hour, CO2 emissions, and unique Ewgeco units, it lets you see and understand your energy consumption patterns, helping you to actively reduce your usage, costs, wastage, and carbon emissions that damage the environment.
Ewgeco collects consumption data directly from your electricity, water, gas and micro generation meters via wireless transmitters. It can also monitor electricity usage via a current clamp, which does not involve directly connecting to the meter. Depending on the locations of your meters, one transmitter can transmit three different channels of data.
