How to use our website
Here you can find help on how to use this site. If you are still having problems after reading this, please contact us and we will help you directly.

We have designed this site so that you can find the things you want in a number of ways.

Browse Menus - There are two menus placed in the left hand column, here you can browse via 'category' or go straight to the product itself from the 'product list'. Selecting an option will take you straight to the respective sub-page. Here you will find information about each category and what products are in it for you to go to, or you will go straight to the product you have chosen.

Search - Using the 'search' box at the top left of the screen, you can type in product names or descriptions and click on GO. Underneath this box, you will find a link called 'advanced search'. This can be clicked to take you through to provide a more detailed search. Part words are fine - elect would find all products with the word electrical in them, for example. This will bring up a list of products where the name of description matches your search.

Words separated by a space will be looked for independently but only products containing all the words entered will be returned. Enter multiple words separated by spaces (e.g. typing trunki suitcase will bring up a list of items with BOTH the word trunki AND the word suitcase).

Product Results - Once you have selected a product to view, carry on as follows:

1. Decide which item, colour and size, you wish to purchase.
2. Enter the quantity you require in the 'quantity' box.
3. Click on the 'Add to Basket' button to add the selected number of item/s to your basket.
4. You will be taken to the 'Basket' page where you can see what you have added and what the carriage will be. You will remain there for 20 seconds and then you will be automatically returned to the page you were on when you ordered the item, to continue shopping.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 to select further products to purchase.
6. You can see at all times the number of items and the total value of your Basket at the top right of the screen. Clicking on the 'View Basket' link will take you to the shopping basket to view the items you have selected. You can remove items or change the quantity of each item on this page.
7. Once finished, check your shopping basket is correct then proceed to the 'Checkout Now'. You will not be able to amend your order after this stage.
