Unlike canisters that lock the air inside with the contents, the Airscape is an innovative food container that forces air out on the depression and locking of the inner lid. The Airscape from Planetary Design is great for storing ground coffee and coffee beans, loose tea, flour, sugar, biscuits and much more. The US patented (UK patent pending) valve forces air out then locks the lid in place. The Airscape will also protect its contents from harmful ultra-violet light. The canister is made from restaurant-grade 18/8 stainless steel and is available in Lavender, Mocha, Cayenne and Green Tea; as well as in a chrome or black enamel paint finish. Durable construction resists staining as well as odour and taste transfer.
