Mini Bilibo Ideal for imaginative sand and water play and small enough to take to the beach!
Mini Bilibo are brand new to the UK, and the junior version of the award winning Bilibo easily matches its big sibling's versatility. Here at Smarter Products we applaud this return to simplicity and encouraging kids to use their energy and imagination! Bilibo is simply a shell shaped, hard wearing piece of plastic that comes in a range of 6 bright colours; the Mini Bilibo comes in a pack of two different colours. Bilibo is an object with no specific function nor a single way to be used; encouraging the child to become the inventor. Play with Bilibo indoors or outdoors; in water, sand or snow. Mini Bilibo can be racing beetles, boats in the bath, a designer seat for Barbie, put the two together to make a treasure trove . just add the imagination of a child and the possibilities are endless!

History Bilibo has been developed by the young Swiss designer Alex Hochstrasser along with leading experts. Prof. Remo H Largo, Head of Dept. for Growth & Development at the University Children's Hospital, Zurich, says: "A good toy distinguishes itself through a series of characteristics. It should be as little pre-determined as possible in order to leave much room for the child's imagination and expressiveness. It should allow for various ways to be used. The child is then able to train its motor skills, ideally in different agility games. It uses the toy for its symbol games and builds a house for its puppets and animals. The toy acts as an accessory when playing role games and pretending with other children. Finally, the toy should appeal to children at different ages and accompany them in their development over a long period of time. Bilibo distinguishes itself to a high degree through these characteristics."
